When to Book

If you are planning a family portrait to commemorate a stage in your life then it is a good idea to plan well in advance and book at least 1 to 2 weeks ahead. This will give you time to not only secure an available date and time at the studio but also prepare your outfits.

What to Bring

At Xpressions Studio we invite you to bring any items which express yourself or members of your family. Props are always useful but not essential. In many cases we do carry items which can be added into a photograph.

Your Viewing

After a your photography session you will be invited back to view your images with the rest of the family including the decision makers. During this multi media viewing we hope that all the enjoyment of your session comes flooding back and you place your order.

HOW TO BOOK  – Please book your session well in advance to save disappointment by calling the studio on 01908 210359. The booking fee of £35 is required when booking your session, this can be purchased online in advance or by telephone. We run a strict cancellation policy at Xpressions Studio as our studio and staff are booked out to you alone during your appointment. Should you need to re-arrange, or cancel your appointment then we are happy to re-schedule or refund your booking fee so long as we receive more than 72hrs notice. If however your notice is less than this then the booking fee will be used to cover the studio time lost. If you wish to include a pet into your portrait then please make us aware, you will be required to book a pet portrait session at £45 as the cost includes time we require after your session for cleaning.
